It's a two hour time limit, is it really that hard to follow? I don't get what the confusion is. None of us knew the draft was starting today. Nor knew when we were on the clock. It would help if we had a time-sheet like JCool had in the FFMD's.

I think we should have made it a bit more clear up front though, it seems like a lot of people didn't know when the draft was starting. I also think we should have waited another week or so knowing when it would start and allowing us more time to get some deals done because we didn't have that many days before the draft really. Exactly, don't forget that there are only about 10 active GM's here.

I mean I'm not going to say that we should stop this and let a few days go but to let it continue with these 2 hour clocks when most of the GMs aren't active on here is sort of silly. This isn't going to be as fun as we all hoped because it'd be A LOT better having everyone active but not many people are. For all the time you've put into this I'd think if anyone felt this way it'd be you. This doesn't effect me or my 2 teams much but it'd of been a lot more fun had we had some more time to make deals leading up to the draft. We could pause the draft and make sure everyone else knows it's going down and wait a few days to resume it because the only people who have been active are those who have picked and 2-3 others who haven't yet. I know it had to have taken a longgggggg time to set this up so I think we should make the most of it instead of trying to rush it and saying screw you to the people who aren't aware that the draft has started.

I think we should blow this draft up, and start over.
We allowed 2 of our posters to sabatoge the T'Wolves draft.

I don't see the point in starting over, but if you guys want to we can always discuss the possibility.
I guess we would tear it down by having open casting for GM jobs again, basically a person signs up and takes two teams.
I like the progress so far, though.
About when the draft was starting, I posted it not only on Footballs Future, but in here as well.

Well let's stop it now and let some deals get done and make sure the rest of the GMs know what's going on then resume it maybe next weekend.

It appears is if we have three options
Option 1: Continue with this draft. Allow this sabotage and get this draft over. Option 2: Start the draft over. Option 3: Redo the sixth overall pick, with the T'Wolves on the clock.
We still need to setup a time sheet and fill all of the GM options.

Option 3: Redo the sixth overall pick, with the T'Wolves on the clock. That's pretty much the best option. The reason there is no time sheet, is because sometimes it takes someone 30 minutes to pick or 2 hours or 1 hour or 5 minutes. Basically, there's a two-hour time limit per pick with the dead period set around 1AM EST (10PM PST).

Dude, I just checked the forums for 8 (HOU) and 9 (GS). It's a ghost town.
I don't think the Sonics will/should be picking tonight.
We really need to get this straighten out. This draft is turning into a diaster.

This draft is turning into a diaster. I'll close it down for today. The first seven picks have been made, but I guess we can take out #6 and #7 and start it back up with Minnesota picking at #6 in the morning. From now on, so everyone knows, it's a 2-hour time limit. Once the guy picks, the 2-hours reset for the next guy who is picking. The draft starts at 1PM EST (10AM PST). The draft day ends at 1AM EST (10PM PST). The teams that don't have anything posted within the last 5 days, their GMs will be replaced by guys who want and can do the job. Simple as that. Sound good?

Personally I think times should be set up for when each pick is going to be on the clock.

Even with 2 hour clocks people will still miss their pick especially if we just resume this tomorrow. Give it a few days because there's a good chance the people who haven't been active have been too busy to get on the computer let alone check up on this. Restart from the Minnesota pick in a few days and everything should go smooth from there as long as people don't have just 2 hours to make the pick because I know I could meet that deadline but a lot of other people can't.
